For the second year, The Lost Angel continues the prequel story to ‘The Angels Anvil’ TAA Exclusive that ran from 2014 to 2019, and explores the darker side of the original story’s protagonist. The original story parallels Crowned Heads co-founder, Jon Huber’s, career in the cigar industry. The underlying moral of the story is one of rising from the ashes, and is a reminder that the smallest of seeds needs to first be submerged in dirt, covered in darkness, and it is only then that the seed will struggle to reach the light.

The Lost Angel 2022 is an exclusive release for TAA members that is limited to 1,000 (20-count) boxes. The 5 3/4” x 52 parejo cigar is comprised of a Mexican (San Andres) binder, filler tobaccos from Nicaragua (Jalapa/Esteli) and the Dominican Republic, and is finished with an Ecuadorian (Habano) wrapper that is color classified as between Colorado and Oscuro. The Lost Angel 2022 is manufactured at Tabacalera Pichardo in Esteli, Nicaragua, home to such Crowned Heads brands as Juárez, Mil Días, and Serie E.
